Melissa & Jon

While on vacation in Florida, our friends, Melissa & Jon got married :):). It was a very intimate ceremony on the beach and the reception consisted of sharing a bottle of Dom Perignon Champagne back at our rental house. It was the perfect, no-fuss wedding and we were happy to document every moment for them. Here's a look at what we were able to capture.

Sunny Florida!!

We're here in Seacreast Beach, FL on vacation with the family. My sisters and my mom are here too. Which is so awesome :) We've decided to take advantage of this cloudy day and take some portraits down on the beach. Let's hope the rain holds out long enough to get some good shots!! Have I mentioned how much I love being on Vacation! When else can you get away with drinking a cocktail while working a shoot! We've enjoyed waking up to this every morning. It's going to be hard to go home.

Caelum (one year)

I think Caelum might be the cutest kid ever!! We had the opportunity to do our first shoot as Mazy Hollow Photography with Caelum when he was 6 months old, and just yesterday he came back for his one year portraits. It was a beautiful fall day here in Tennessee, and we again took advantage of the sunshine and our great front yard. There's just something magical about that willow tree! I have to thank his Mom, Crystal, who brought him over after being up all night at work! She's a trooper. But it was definitely worth it. Here's a few of my favorites.

Patty & Jason

We've been busy with everything except photography, but we're reintroducing ourselves and had the opportunity to do our second "official" shoot as Mazy Hollow Photography just the other day. My friend Patty and her husband Jason volunteered their time so we could shoot some maternity photos. HECK YES! We decided to use our house as the location, and took advantage of the early AM sun. We got some pretty fantastic shots that I'm excited to share with you all. Patty is one hot mama, and I couldn't be happier for the two of them. They're going to make great parents!! Thanks again Patty & Jason

Caelum

Today we did our first portrait shoot as Mazy Hollow Photography. My friend Crystal invited us over to shoot her handsome son Caelum. And handsome he was!! Poor thing didn't feel so well, but we still managed to shoot for about 45 minutes and got some pretty good shoots. Here's a sneak peak :)

Spring

I absolutely love Spring time in Tenneessee. I got the chance to take my first little photo walk of the season just the other day. I was suppose to be resting before work that night, but instead I wanted to go play with the camera a bit. It was such a beautiful day. Sunny, clear skies and low 70's. Picture perfect. And although bright sun doesn't make for the best photos, I decided to go and shoot anyways. Here a few of the shots I got :)
